• Shower: Custom 60” shower using Schluter Kerdi Board waterproofing system with 2 tiled niches, granite shelves, bench seat, and dual shower systems. Heated shower bench and bathroom floor with programmable thermostat.
• Tilework: Shower walls in Merola River Blanco 12×24 with Vetro Marmi Black Brick decorative tile, shower floor in Daltile Linden Point Grigio 2×2, bathroom floor in Merola River Grafito 12×24.
• Shower Door: Easco Estate Series Frameless Pivot door in 3/8” clear glass with chrome trim and dual Counterpoint handles.
• Fixtures & Accessories: Symmons Dia Collection exposed shower system with Sereno rain showerhead, handheld unit, widespread vanity faucet, 18” grab bars, toilet paper holder, towel ring, and towel bar.
